This critical qualitative inquiry will explicitly focus on unveiling the "White space" that may exist within PETE. Through this critical qualitative method approach, the study will include surveys and interviews. This study investigates the factors contributing to the 鈥淲hite space鈥� phenomenon and implications for diversity, equity, and inclusion within PETE departments.
